The Campus Site Plan

Our vision is to build facilities that enable us to deliver the programming that embodies our mission.

The Homestead Phase

Homestead phaseThe “Homestead,” the heart of Brightway Center, renovation began in 2009 with the historic Bright Family home.  The home now serves as the Welcome Center and houses administrative offices and conference rooms. The renovated Welcome Center also serves as a tribute to Kara Bright.  In 2012 the equipment barn was converted into the state of the art Activity Center.   Next will be the construction of our multi-sports complex, a four court covered facility for basketball, volleyball, tennis and more!  Our final project is the Pavilion which will be used as an auditorium/conference/ classroom center, housing up to 350 guests.Together, the Welcome Center, the Activity Center and the Pavilion make up The Homestead.

Future Plans

Beyond the Homesetead, the overall property will include facilities which will be available to both the community and corporations for conferences and retreats.  The Brightway Center campus will ultimately include an amphitheater, athletic fields, cottages, a seven-acre lake as well as a gymnasium, auditorium, chapel, cafeteria and more!
