“You make a living by what you get. You make a life by what you give.”

~Winston Churchill

As a non-profit organization, our staff is small so we rely on volunteers to help us accomplish our mission. As Henry Ford said, "Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success." You can help by volunteering on Beautification Day, Day of Caring or be a referee for Day of Champions.
Want to make a difference in the life of a young person, be a mentor.
Would you like to provide baked goods for an event or do you have a fundraising idea?

Volunteer Spotlight

Jada Dalton

Jada volunteered to be a S.T.A.R. Mentor in 2017 and is still going strong three years later. Being a mentor requires a commitment and Jada rarely misses a monthly mentor activity.  Plus she volunteers at other youth events too.   Jada could spend her time anywhere and we appreciate that she chooses Brightway. We are proud to recognize Jada in our mentor volunteer spotlight!

Glenda Ogden

Glenda is one of the most passionate  volunteers Brightway could have ever hoped for! She has done everything from planning and recruiting for special events, to making food for our youth programs, to assisting with whatever else we might throw her way. We know we can always count on Glenda, and Brightway is honored to recognize her commitment to our organization in our volunteer spotlight!
